Do you offer a trial class?
Yes — new students can book a free trial session to experience the platform before enrolling.
What if my child doesn’t enjoy the classes after enrolling?
We understand every child learns differently. If your child doesn’t feel comfortable or satisfied after the first class, you can request a cancellation. Any unused session amount will be refunded.
For group classes and one-time courses, cancellations are not available once the session begins.
